PRICING

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website, whether in Foreign Currency or Indian Rupees represents the full price of the product.

With respect to items sold onSuruchiparakh.com, we charge your credit card before your order has entered the process of making. We shall ship your product as soon as possible. For any reason, if we are unable to process the order in the given timeline; we will intimate you electronically. Any additional Shipping Fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.

Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by Suruchiparakh.com.

The prices displayed on this site are quoted in Indian Rupees with approx. conversion rate in US Dollars. The actual amount to be paid by you will be the equivalent amount in the currency of your credit card, as per the conversions done by your bank / credit card provider on the date of billing.

SHIPPING

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders in India.

The estimated delivery time will differ with each order. Typically, we take around 4-6  weeks to dispatch orders within India, and 6 to 8 week to dispatch internationally depending on the garment’s design and style.

Delivery within India takes 2 to 3 business days and internationally takes 5 to 6 business days depending on the location and custom clearance in the destination country. Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated at every step.

Order collection from Suruchi Parakh retail outlet can be done upon request. Please contact our customer care for further.

DUTIES AND TAXES

All of Suruchi Parakh orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Surat, India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. Suruchi Parakh Couture takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know.

In the unlikely event that something you ordered from suruchiparakh.com is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had expected in size or style, you may return the product within 10 days after receiving. Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with the original invoice, and preferably in its original packaging and price tags. We accept exchange of the product within 10  days from the date on which your order was delivered. Please contact us on care@suruchiparakh.com to assist you on the same.

Merchandise bought on discount is considered as final sale, and hence is not eligible for refund or exchange.

In special cases, a refund is provided in a form of credit note , before the order is processed. If the order has been proceeded in making; cancellation isn't possible.

An online credit coupon is a digital credit note which you can avail in lieu of merchandise exchange on www.suruchiparakh.com. This coupon is valid for 90 days on a single purchase. Please apply this coupon at checkout to avail the discount. Please note the coupon is applicable on a cart value equal to or higher than the coupon value. Any cart value exceeding the coupon amount will be borne by you.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at care@suruchiparakh.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Incase of any major issue, the customer ships the ensemble back at their cost and in return; we provide a credit note.

Refunds on international orders do not include duties,shipping or  taxes and tariffs paid by customers.

SIZING

The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.

PRODUCT PROPERTIES AND WASH CARE

All Suruchi Parakh products are handcrafted using the finest natural fibers. The subtle variations in color, texture and finish are intrinsic to hand made products. Our products involve crafts-based traditions of hand spinning, dying, weaving, wood block printing and embroidery. We use both vegetable dyes and commercial dyes with the goal of minimizing our impact on the environment while striving for the best color properties. An irregular weave or print is not a defect - handloom by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

COLORS

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate. Reds and blues tend to run. Please always wash like colours together and dry inside out in the shade. Silks must only be dry cleaned.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Suruchiparakh.com or to products you purchase through Suruchiparakh.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Surat, India, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Suruchiparakh.com intellectual property rights, Suruchiparakh.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in India or internationally, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing under the Indian Arbitration Act. The arbitrator award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
